Sermon: Jesus at Home: The same and different/ Text: Mark 6:1-6/ Preaching Date: 5/7/09, Pentecost 5 Proper 9 (Year B)/ Location: Trinity Lutheran Church, Narrogin, Western Australia
Focus: Jesus is the same as us but he is different. We like being the same as others but we always seek to be different and vice versa. Jesus was crucified because he was different but because he was the same. We are called to be different although we are the same, we’re called to be the same as Christ although we are different to the world. Grace Mercy & Peace. Friarpuk
